Our Technical Department investigates new raw materials on a constant basis with three main goals:
- To provide cleaner and more transparent labelling.
- To improve the performance of current raw materials.
- To develop new products that meet specific needs such as:
- Products with Designation of Origin, PGI, Organic, etc.
- To help the manufacturer develop healthy foods, low in fat and salt, free of additives and artificial colouring, free of NºE.
We select and mill spices hence ensuring their organoleptic qualities and we develop control methods which allow us to standardise mixture quality.
