Mr. Enrique García, our founder, started back in 1920, selling spices in Valencia’s markets.
At that time Mr. Enrique started creating spice blends to make the elaboration of meat products easier.
In Pilarica, we have kept this innovative approach intact in the development of products which create value whilst differentiating and facilitating their production process.
