• Achieving cleaner and more transparent labelling through substituting additives with natural ingredients.
• Modifying the formulas to adapt them to new production technologies and industrial packaging.
• Analysing new consumption trends.
• Studying new types of cuisine and their introduction to the on-premises channel.
• Developing specific products for certain times of the year and festivities such as Christmas, Easter and/or summer products.
